Archives for category: layering

Didn’t start off the day too good– insomnia then woke up with like the worst back pain ever D: But I had pretty nails.

Kisses! I’ve had this idea for Valentine’s day for ever, and it took a lot of restraint to wait until today to be able to slap it on.

Base color is Zoya Jolene, layered with Nubar Sugar. Stamped on is China Glaze Snow for the white lips, and Zoya Sarah for the red lips 🙂

smooches to all of you 🙂

OPI I Got a Date To-Knight! for the base, OPI Dim Sum Plum for the french tips. Sally Hansen Xtreme Wear in Cherry Red for the roses, Sally Hansen Insta-Dri in Jumpin’ Jade for the plants.

My favorite one out of them all 😛

This thumb gave me SO many problems… It wasn’t even funny. First, the base pink refused to dry properly and I destroyed it twice with the scotch tape. Then I hit something, and wiped off a spot which I corrected with a dab of the base color and topcoat. It just didn’t like me last night.

But this is my favorite mani so far, in terms of being able to bring idea into reality 😀

Another one for the Valentine’s week mani! 😀 This is a patchwork mani base, with a stamp.

The pinks for the base was Orly Butterflies; Orly Pixy Stix; and Orly Cotton Candy (this one was the whole base and is the lightest pink color you can see)

For the stamping I used Misa’s Single and Ready to Limbo, a red creme. 😀
